Hey Guys Just wanted to let You know I have truly began to get back on track with my exercises ! I have Joined a walking event(kudos 2 Me) for the month of October. It will be a challenge but I'm ready for it, yesterday I did over 7000 steps ! The Old Jam would have never been able to accomplish that !
and this is SO True, I can honestly say I cut back on the snacking and saw the results I look forward to this contest and for even better results, Pray for me , because I'am gonna have to pull the Wig off....well maybe just for the work outs only...Let me not get out of hand#smile# !
